We want you to be happy with your purchase from Little Wonder Co.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible.

For most online purchases, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returning an item

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Items should be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning an item when exercising your right to cancel.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Please provide photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate the issue with our supplier and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to you.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, refunds will generally be made using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that they have been returned.
